Stay here and enjoy your Narita trip. Comfortable modern place, it has excellent co-operating staff during check-out. The location is excellent, 3 km from Toyomi Sunrise Hill Park. The bus stop is 15 minutes' walk away.

Very convenient for airport stopover hotel.

Really thin walls, overpriced restaurants but there's a super cheap fast food Japanese restaurant just around the corner called Sukiyaki.

The free shuttle bus to the city/temple area was great. Don't miss the sights they are worth a day.

The hotel staff are very nice and helpfull, the rooms clean and large for Japan standards, but the beds are hard as rocks.

I had great food for breakfast at Serena with a garden view. The rooms were soundproof and functional, had a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. Central location was a plus. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel.

Quality, not too expensive, free buses to airport and city cleanness, friendly staff, good buffer breakfast - generaly all was v.good.

buses not frequent enoiugh and no clear marking of the bus that it goes to Nikko otel (esp. not visible at night)

The hotel is very convenient in terms of its location to things...it has an excellent transportation system to the airport and surrounding shopping and city areas....

The food at the hotel is good but not worth the price that it is charging for the buffet and sushi bar....Also, the people don't seem to be very friendly to foriegn travels, but cater more towards the local Narita people in terms of service.

This hotel was excellent value for money! The hotel is situated close to Narita airport and the hotel offered a punctual and free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and vice versa at regular intervals hourly. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room which I think was a fair size for Japanese business hotels! I had a well proportioned en-suite and there was free internet in the rooms. There was a selection of restaurants to choose from within the hotel and also an on-site convenience store if you fancied something small instead of a full meal. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.
